COVID-19 Policies & Procedures

Dear customers:

All of our services will be reopened starting Sunday May 31st, 2020.

As we return to daily operations, we will be implementing new procedures not only to provide excellence in our services but to promote and protect the well-being of our customers.

Our staff have been trained to take our cleaning protocol very seriously, and to uphold and practice these measures with guidance from the government, CDC, public health officials and our professional regulatory bodies. We take additional safety measures to keep our center safe and clean, such as increasing and regularly disinfecting all high-touch areas and objects, cleaning and disinfecting each treatment room between services, increasing daily deep cleanings of our center before and after business hours, all staff wearing mask or face shield, etc.

We Also Need Your Help!

  1. Please arrive on-time for your visits. This is in an effort to limit client cross-over and the number of people in our common spaces, as well as to allow time for disinfecting thoroughly between treatments.

  2. Please do not come into the clinic until your appointment time. If you arrive early, please wait in your car or outside of the clinic space.

  3. Please wear a face mask to your appointment. For anyone arriving without a mask, we will have one available for purchase.

  4. Please wash your hands before and after treatments with soap and water available in our washrooms for at least 20 seconds. Our therapists or receptionists may provide you with additional hand sanitizers during your visit.

  5. Please be respectful of physical distancing (2 meters / 6 feet) with anyone other than your therapist.

  6. Please come alone to your appointment unless you require assistance.

  7. When you arrive, you will find a table with hand sanitizer and masks should you need one. Please do not wear gloves into the clinic that you have been wearing prior to your arrival.

  8. To limit contact with our admin team we will be asking that you pay by credit card to minimize contact. We will also be continuing to implement direct billing when possible. Cash is not suggested right now.

  9. Water is offered only upon request. You are encouraged to bring you own water. Tea or magazine won't be provided.

  10. Please reschedule your appointment, if you are sick, have travelled outside of BC in the last 14 days, or you develop flu or cold-like symptoms and have a temperature above normal body temperature (> 37.5 °C / 99.5°F). Please look at this Covid-19 self-assessment tool prior to your session

  11. Practitioner schedules are now open for booking online or by email ( The response to booking via phone may be slow.
